The VOW for Girls Congress, organized by WedVibes and held from November 10 to 12, was a tremendous success, with 236 attendees participating and enjoying the opportunity to learn and network! The event featured bridal and wedding industry-focused educational sessions led by 50 renowned leaders, including Rebecca Yale, Marcy Blum, Shafonne Myers, and Sarah Falugo. Ticket sales and donations generated through the event supported VOW’s work to end child marriage and protect girls' rights.
The Congress event was created in honor of WedVibes’ 10th anniversary—a celebration of its mission to share beautiful, heart-touching love stories while connecting couples with expert vendors who can help bring their dream wedding to life. WedVibes serves as both an inspiring resource for all things wedding planning and a trusted hub for professional support and creative ideas.
"When thinking about how to celebrate our 10th anniversary, we knew we wanted to do something meaningful—something that united our industry, sparked real conversations, shared knowledge with professionals, and, most importantly, helped girls around the world. With this Congress, the world became just a little bit better, and we are proud to have celebrated this milestone in a way that reflects the heart of our community.”

Tickets were priced at $181—the amount it takes to keep a girl in school for an entire year. Every additional year of education significantly reduces her risk of becoming a child bride. Thanks to ticket sales and generous donations, the event raised enough to support 250 girls in continuing their education and staying in school. AMAZING.
We are endlessly grateful to the WedVibes team, speakers, and attendees for making this incredible opportunity possible!
